Promontory Stretch Academy
- Personal one on one assisted stretching tailored to your specific needs.
- Stress, injuries or too much repetition can shorten muscle groups causing pain, knots, and tension.
- Improve range of motion and flexibility, while relaxing the mind and body into the perfect flow of breath and assisted stretching. As we release tight muscles, this affects the alignment and movement of the entire body.
- Our brains and bodies function best when everything is flowing perfectly without tension.
New Class - Spin and Stretch
Every Friday at 8:00 am
HOURS OF OPERATION
Open Daily | 10 am-6 pm
It’s Slope Season in Park City!
Self-care comes in many forms and is increasingly essential to your overall well-being. Booking a massage, facial, or body treatment can help soothe tired muscles, ease pain, hydrate chapped skin and calm your mind, allowing you to fully enjoy your ski trip!
10% off 50 or 80 minute Hydration Facial
Cold winter weather can significantly impact facial skin, leading to a variety of skin issues. The lack of humidity, cold dry air, harsh winds and indoor heating systems can strip the skin of its natural moisture and oil, resulting in dryness, irritation, and even break-outs. This is why winter facials are key! They will help provide hydration, seal in vitamins and antioxidants, restore moisture, and protect the skin barrier. This will in turn increase circulation, decreasing fine lines while making your skin appear more supple, hydrated and younger.
$15 off 50 or 80 minute Therapeutic CBD Massage
Hemp-derived CBD is a plant-based topical that has pain relieving, anti-inflammatory and anti-anxiety benefits. By combining the many benefits of massage and CBD, this treatment is specifically formulated to reduce inflammation and pain, perfect for those who need targeted relief. Read more here.
Retail Specials
15% off Muscle MX Activate and Recover Products
