• Waivers and DAILY LIFT TICKETS are required for ALL tubing hill users – including Promontory owners. Please stop into the Beach Club before heading to the tubing hill to scan in and obtain your LIFT TICKET PASS. Access the gate waiver by using the button below.

To expedite vehicle processing at our gatehouses, please be sure to add guest passes into Northstar before they plan on entering Promontory. For groups of 10 or more, you may email a guest list to the gatehouse email (gatehouse@promontoryclub.com) at least 48 hours in advance, if possible.

The gate staff recognizes that circumstances change, but completing this step before your guests arrive will greatly reduce delay at the gates. In the event a guest or owner must be checked in, and vehicles back up, PLEASE be kind and understanding of the situation. Gate attendees are continually striving to sufficiently vet entrants, but this may lead to slight delays.

Remember to keep a safe distance from any body of water, which includes but is not limited to, the Mountain Garden Pond, Saddle Lake, golf course ponds, and retention ponds. Do not go out on the ice. Please inform all family members and guests, (and keep an eye on your pets) to stay away from the ice while enjoying the beautiful winter landscape.

A copy of the 2024 budget was reviewed and approved by the Board. A copy is available to all homeowners here. The regular homeowner assessments will increase to $400/month. The Benefitted Assessments for the neighborhoods that have basic landscaping and/or driveway snow removal are also increasing. Homeowners in these benefited service neighborhoods should refer here to see their specific budget increase.

The 2024 Conservancy budget includes several community enhancement projects as well, including paving substantial segments of our private trails to connect amenities and provide a safer place to move pedestrians and cyclists off of our main roads; updating the Mountain Garden Park to add additional pickleball courts, parking, and other enhancements, ongoing roadway and stormwater improvements with landscaping and beautification; gatehouse refurbishing and entry way signage to improve traffic flows.

Even with these planned projects, we will continue to maintain a satisfactory reserve balance according to our most recent reserve study. Last week brought our first snow of the season, which means it is once again time to refresh on best practices and protocols for Promontory snow conditions. Please take a few minutes to carefully review this communication to ensure that you are “in the know” and ready to respond before we get heavy into winter.

• Also, be aware of snow depth surrounding your gas meter and other mechanical equipment around your home. Allowing snow or ice to cover these items can pose a risk of damage.

As snow season approaches, please be mindful of rocks, landscaping, and other improvements within the road right of way. On most roads within Promontory, the right of way spans 10-12 feet from the edge of the pavement. The right of way exists to provide ample room for runoff control, snow removal, and road/utility maintenance. Making sure the shoulder is clear of objects is crucial for avoiding damage and controlling runoff. The Conservancy has begun to fix eroded shoulders in problem areas and will continue to monitor problem areas.
