Ski locker and ski storage reservations for the 2023/24 season (for both the PC Lodge and Deer Valley Alpine Lodge) will open on Tuesday, October 24th for Full Members and Monday, October 30th for Social Members. Information on pricing and specifics on how to reserve will be communicated to the membership in early October.

Our “Welcome to Ski Season” Member Mixer will be held on Thursday, November 2 as well.

Promontory is hosting a Flu Shot Clinic! The clinic is open to all Members and their families. Complimentary to individuals that have an accepted insurance plan (click the link below to see if your insurance covers flu shots). Cash pay is also an option.

RSVP to our Human Resources Department with the following:

• Your Name Number of Flu Shots that will be needed (All individuals receiving a shot must be at least 6 months or older).
• Your preferred time between 10:00 am & 12:00 am HR will respond with a confirmation and a time that you can attend the clinic for your shot.
• Please bring your insurance card and a picture ID with you.
