TENNIS & PICKLEBALL PROGRAMS
A Letter from Our Head Tennis Professional, Adam Huebner
I’d like to take a moment to thank all of our tennis playing members for yet another fabulous season on the courts here at Promontory. I feel truly honored for the opportunity to manage and develop the tennis department while creating an environment that is so rich and exciting, but most importantly, for the chance to build lasting relationships in this wonderful community.
A special thanks goes out to Grant Wilkinson, our Assistant Tennis professional this season for the amazing contribution that he brought to all of our programs. We received such wonderful feedback from our members on their experience, as well as the enthusiasm and spirit that Grant brought to our programs and tennis community. Thank you, Grant!
Also, a shout out must also go out to Myrna Lueck, our Pickleball professional for providing such great programs again this year, especially for creating and delivering Promontory’s second annual boot camp that was a huge success. For those of you that will be on property for the rest of September, Laura O’Connell will continue running the Drop-in PB program on Tuesdays 5:30- 7:30 PM and Friday and Saturday 9-11 am (register below).
Lastly, as I assess our 2023 season and begin to work on our tennis calendar for 2024, I’d appreciate any tennis related feedback so that we can continue to enhance our programming and participation as our membership continues to grow here at Promontory. Feedback may be sent to my e-mail at ahuebner@promontoryclub.com.
Again, it was an absolute pleasure assisting you with your tennis experience here at Promontory. Enjoy a fabulous winter season and I’ll look forward to seeing you again in the summer of 2024.
Sincerely,
Adam Huebner

When all 3 courts are in use, the following rules apply:
- All courts may play 1 game to 11, win by 2
- Waiting players must put their paddles in the Paddle Rack waiting system and slide the “next” tag to the next up bracket. When the game is won the entire group must vacate the court to allow the “next” group of players on the court.
- Every court is included in the paddle rack rotation.
- NO ONE MAY STAY ON ANY COURT FOR MORE THAN ONE GAME ONCE ALL COURTS ARE FULL AND THERE ARE PADDLES IN THE PADDLE RACK.
- THERE ARE NO RESERVATIONS OF PICKLEBALL COURTS
