Background & Experience

Born in Boston and New England bred, Michael attended Tilton Prep in New Hampshire before going on to Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. In 1996, an opportunity in the landscape design field brought him to Park City and Michael found it so captivating that he settled here in 1998.  For nearly 20 years, Michael has immersed himself in real estate and landscaping projects as well as enjoying ski coaching in Park City, Deer Valley, and the Canyons.

Now four years into his Promontory career, Michael has helped dozens of families find their perfect home to enjoy the multi-generational lifestyle here at the Club. His diverse background brings a unique perspective on creating value through the acquisition of land, building a dream home, or the buying and selling of existing properties.  Michael and his wife Jenna have a 2-year-old son Atlas and a Rottweiler mix, Bradee.

  • Promontory will take $75K cash down and a $75k full recourse, non-interest bearing promissory note (due June 1, 2020) for an available Full Club Membership purchased and activated at the closing of escrow.
