Phil and Linda Holmes enjoy a life full of sunshine and smiles whether it’s in Florida, Utah or at Walt Disney World! They share their primary home in Central Florida with their Jack Russell Terriers and two lazy cats. When they’re not in Florida they love being in the mountains of Park City!

They have been married for 34 years and met while working at Walt Disney World – Linda was in college and working there as a tour guide and Phil was in the early years of his career with Disney. He has enjoyed a 47 year career with Walt Disney World and is currently the Vice President of Disney Hollywood Studios.

Linda retired a few years ago from a career as a school teacher. She now pursues her passion for all things creative. She is an accomplished artist and has paintings in several restaurants and local galleries in Central Florida. She is also an avid photographer and one of her favorite things to do while in Park City is spend time photographing the beautiful Aspen trees.

They have one son, Graham, who also lives in Florida with his wife Stacy and their two daughters, 10-year-old, Charlotte, and 8-year-old, Sydney. Linda loves being with her granddaughters and she divides her time between artistic endeavors and quality time with the girls.

Phil and Graham have always had a passion for cars and all aspects of racing. Graham recently earned his racing license and Phil hopes to soon follow. Both Phil and Graham are members of the Porsche Club of America.

They’ve had a second home in Park Meadows in Park City for the last five years and on a recent trip here they discovered Promontory and immediately fell in love. In short order they sold their Park Meadows home and purchased a Promontory Cabin on Tatanka Trail which will eventually become their primary residence.

The Holmes are excited for their first visit to Promontory this winter and can’t wait to play in the snow. They are looking forward to starting a new chapter in Promontory and enjoying all of our activities, amenities and getting to know other members!
