Village Clubhouse Spring Maintenance Projects:
Monday April 1st & April 2nd – Village Clubhouse Men’s Locker Room
- Crews will complete the manual lock installation in the Village Clubhouse Men’s locker room. Half of the locker room has already been completed and will remain open and in use while crews block access to the other portion to complete the work. We will do as much as possible to minimize impact during the day. We appreciate your patience while we complete this project.
Monday April 15 – Village Clubhouse Closure – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Starting at 2:00 PM Monday, April 15th, maintenance crews will turn all water off to the Village Clubhouse building to make necessary connections to our soft water systems. This project aims to extend the life of building equipment, and requires that we close the Village Clubhouse starting at 2:00 PM Monday, April 15th. All work is expected to be completed on Monday and the building open and ready for use by 6:00 AM Tuesday, April 16th.
Monday April 15 & Tuesday April 16 – Women’s Locker Room Closure
- Crews will begin installing the manual locks in the Village Clubhouse Women’s Locker Room. This will require us to close access to the Women’s Locker Room while crews install these locks. During the closure of the Women’s Locker Room, the Family Restroom outside the Women’s Locker Room and restroom upstairs by the Fitness Center weight room will be available. We recognize this will cause some inconvenience but hope your experience in the locker room will be better once the project is complete.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the maintenance work or closures, please do not hesitate to contact the Concierge team. We appreciate your patience and support as we strive to enhance our clubhouse for the benefit of all members.

Promontory Stretch Academy
- Personal one on one assisted stretching tailored to your specific needs.
- Stress, injuries or too much repetition can shorten muscle groups causing pain, knots, and tension.
- Improve range of motion and flexibility, while relaxing the mind and body into the perfect flow of breath and assisted stretching. As we release tight muscles, this affects the alignment and movement of the entire body.
- Our brains and bodies function best when everything is flowing perfectly without tension.
Pilates Reformer Sessions
- Build core strength, tone muscles and improve flexibility
- Improve posture and balance while getting stronger and improving functionality
- Correct muscle imbalance and realign the body and spine
Sage, The Hearth & Peak Restaurant Attire Standards:
Guest attire can elevate, or diminish the experience of others. We ask that members choose to dress in a fashion befitting the surroundings and atmosphere of Promontory Club. It is expected that members will advise their guests of the dress and behavior requirements while on property. The dress standards of the Club may be changed or waived by the Club periodically for special activities and functions.
- We consider tank tops, flip-flops, tee shirts, swimwear, hooded sweatshirts, sweatpants, ski clothing, medical scrubs, cut-off shorts, work-out attire and all team athletic attire too casual for our Peak, Hearth and Sage restaurants.
- Sandals for men are allowed in the Sage bar area only.
- Ball caps/visors must be removed after 5pm.
- Golf footwear should be cleaned after play before entering the dining rooms.
Our staff takes pride in their appearance, and we ask our guests to respect our attire guidelines.
- The Luke Ridge Tubing Hill is closed for the season. We hope you enjoyed some great days outside with the family!
- As we gear up for the transition from snowy slopes to green fairways, we kindly remind you to pick up your ski and snowboard equipment from Deer Valley Lodge and Park City Lodge before their closing day on April 21st. Clearing out all gear will help us smoothly transition the premises for winter closure and allow us to focus on preparing for the upcoming golf season.
