So many of our members exercise because they want to – not because they have to – and who wouldn’t want to exercise at the Nicklaus Fitness Studio, one of our newest amenities. Here, it’s easy to step into your peak condition with our state-of-the-art fitness equipment and classes that include TRX, yoga trapeze, pilates reformer and several other fitness classes designed to improve your health and enhance your wellness.

Developed by a Navy SEAL on deployment who realized that physical strength is essential to achieving one’s mission, TRX training has been adopted and utilized by top athletes around the world to improve total-body strength. Get in shape with TRX training!


This class will guide and train you to achieve deeper backbends for greater flexibility, upper body balance, and core strength. With the popular inversion sling, you’ll find a new, exhilarating way to experience yoga as you learn to flow midair.


Experience a total body workout with an emphasis on body alignment and control. This is a private session with one of our certified Pilates instructors and provides core strengthening, which improves flexibility for a greater sense of balance and body awareness.


For steady gains in strength, Kinesis offers a terrific resistance exercise program. Kinesis machines provide free movement and a more challenging workout, compared to traditional weighted cable equipment. Improve your core strength, body strength, and endurance with Kinesis training.
