The Shed

Inspired by Park City’s silver mining history, this 16,000-square-foot contemporary amenity is an imaginative architectural interpretation of an old mining shed, designed by acclaimed Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin-trained architect, John Sather.

The Shed is a casual and family-friendly activity center and a great place to kick back over a burger, pizza, sandwich, or salad. Watch your favorite team on six screens with nachos or wings or practice your game of pool while the kids play the arcade games or shoot hoops in the indoor sports court. Patrick Lowe

Patrick Lowe is a seasoned hospitality management professional with extensive experience in overseeing food and beverage operations in luxury settings. Currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage / Culinary Director at Promontory Club in Park City, UT, Patrick manages operations across all restaurants, on-course food and beverage sites, and multiple catering events within our 6400-acre private luxury residential golf community.

With a career spanning over three decades, Patrick has held key leadership roles in various prestigious establishments, including Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa in Tabernash, CO, Paradise Point Resort & Spa in San Diego, CA and Benchmark Hospitality’s Snow King Hotel and Grand View Lodge in Jackson Hole, WY. His responsibilities have ranged from overseeing multi-million-dollar F&B and Culinary operations to managing extensive meeting and event spaces, ensuring impeccable service and operational excellence. Patrick brings additional extensive culinary experience as a corporate executive chef to his leadership role here at Promontory Club.

Patrick’s expertise encompasses menu and concept development, financial planning, and comprehensive property operations. His skills in management, customer relationship management, and guest services are complemented by certifications as a ServSafe Food Protection Manager and a Level 1 Sommelier. Known for his leadership and mentoring abilities, Patrick continues to drive success in the hospitality industry by fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
