Construction Regulations
Construction Regulations exist to protect the natural landscape of every homesite and to minimize the common nuisances of construction. The regulations in the Design Guidelines; Section 6 govern any and all homesite construction projects at Promontory. The Conservancy encourages every homeowner, contractor, and subcontractor to carefully read and adhere to these Construction Regulations. Owners, please have every contractor and subcontractor read these Construction Regulations carefully.
Please email conservancy@promontoryclub.com or call Dan Cobb at (801) 318-6374 with questions.
Construction Violations
Builder violations will be issued for direct construction rule violations, for example: site clean-up, noisy activity, illegal parking, illegal dumping, prohibited delivery access, etc. Read about the Construction Violations here.
Construction Gate / Activity Hours at Promontory
For the benefit of those living at Promontory, the Conservancy Board has limited the hours of construction work on the Promontory property. Thank you for your cooperation.
Construction Hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or Sunset)
Construction Gate Access is from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday – Saturday, closed Sunday).
Architects' & Builders' Meeting
Promontory holds meetings with all of the architects and contractors working at Promontory to discuss important construction rules at the beginning of each project. Specific details will be mailed to all Owners who are currently in the Design Review process.
Please email Dan Cobb with your contractor’s contact information and mailing address.
Please email Christine Morr with your architect’s information.
This will help Conservancy Staff to more easily inform architects and builders about meetings and other on-site construction-related business.
