For the convenience of all members, a service charge percentage, as determined from time to time by the Club, will be added to all food and beverage sales. A member may increase or decrease the service charge percentage by signing the ticket invoice and changing the amount of the service charge as the member deems appropriate. i.e., your receipt will show the variations of either 15%, 18%, or 20% service charge–simply circle the appropriate percentage and the charge will be added to your food bill.
If you don’t circle a percentage the service charge automatically defaults to 18%.
If you choose to increase the service charge over 20% or under 15% you must write in the full dollar amount… for example: if your food bill is $50 and you want to leave a 25% service charge you would write $12.50 on the service charge line.
The service fees are divided between our food & beverage staff.
