The Pete Dye Clubhouse is a striking vision located at the Dye Course 18th hole. This architectural gem is a welcoming gathering place following a day’s round of golf. The Dye Clubhouse features The Hearth Grille, the Golf Shop, the Dye Lounge, and the Dye Library.

The Nicklaus Clubhouse
The stunning Nicklaus Clubhouse combines breathtaking views with a sophisticated ambience. Striking interiors reflect a luxurious and modern clubhouse with rich and handsome textures — a perfect fit for Promontory’s discriminating membership. Cutting edge architecture was designed by John Sather of Swaback Partners in Scottsdale, Arizona who utilized stone, glass, and steel to fashion this quintessential Promontory icon. The Nicklaus Clubhouse features the Nicklaus Fitness Studio, the Golf Shop at the Nick, and The Peak Restaurant and Lounge.

The Double Deer
The Double Deer, an expansion of the Nicklaus Clubhouse, overlooks the iconic 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Painted Valley Golf Course, capped with stunning views of Deer Valley in the distance. At 4,000 square feet, the Double Deer is large enough to accommodate up to 250 people for a seated reception, but also features flex space to host smaller events. The Double Deer features a dividable ballroom with state-of-the-art AV equipment, a private entrance, a reception/lobby, and a staging/bride’s room. The Promenade is a pre-function space ideal for welcoming your guests, coffee breaks, or a social/cocktail hour before your event. The Double Deer also houses the Lavender Spa which is slated for expansion in late 2024 and will offer a world-class Health and Wellness facility exclusively for Promontory members.
The Hills Clubhouse
The Hills Clubhouse is Promontory’s newest clubhouse located at The Hills Par 3 Golf Course and features four new state-of-the-art golf simulator bays that add a year-round opportunity for members to work on their golf game and socialize with friends.
The Hills features Sage, a modern Italian restaurant with a beautiful 26-seat bar plus an adjacent lounge providing a great afternoon or evening gathering spot to mingle with fellow members and friends while catching a game on one of the three large-screen TVs. In the warmer months, the expansive outdoor patio overlooking The Hills Course’s 18th green and water feature, as well as the 18-hole Cascade Green putting course, is a popular venue for al fresco dining or just enjoying a drink while the family putts around the course.
