Cindy Corbin is a trusted luxury real estate advisor with more than 28 years of experience representing discerning buyers and sellers across premier high-end markets, including Utah, Hawaii, Southern California, and Texas. A licensed broker in all four states, Cindy specializes in luxury homes and homesites within exclusive private and amenitized club communities, with over $4 billion in lifetime sales.

With 11 years of dedicated expertise in Promontory Club, Cindy brings unmatched, first-hand insight as both a resident and Club member, currently on her fifth property within the community. Her deep knowledge of Promontory’s neighborhoods, homesites, custom home opportunities, and amenities—combined with extensive experience in land acquisition, new construction, and luxury resale—positions her as a trusted and highly valued advisor for both buyers and sellers.

Cindy’s career has been recognized with numerous industry honors, including being named Top Park City Female Producer and #1 Hawaiian Agent in 2024, along with Top Tier Sotheby’s International Realty production awards for the past decade. Her success is rooted in a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach shaped by a life lived across notable luxury markets such as Dallas, Austin, Newport Beach, Jackson Hole, and Hawaii. A Utah native, Cindy proudly calls Park City home and remains deeply connected to the mountain lifestyle and community.

Cindy holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Edward’s University and completed graduate master’s-level studies in Family Therapy at Southern Methodist University and California State University, Fullerton. Her education and people-centered background naturally support her intuitive understanding of clients’ needs, allowing her to guide complex real estate decisions with care, discretion, and confidence.

Outside of real estate, Cindy prioritizes time with family and cherishes creating meaningful memories with those closest to her. She enjoys traveling, cross-country skiing, hiking, reading, and long sunset walks along the beach.
