What I liked best about working with Jeremy and the team at Promontory HOMES, was how well they listened to my wishes about how I wanted to live in my home.  The advice I got about what would work and not work was invaluable and the finished product was even better than I imagined.  I have also appreciated how responsive the team has been to the things that showed up after I moved in — someone has been on the spot addressing all the little issues that inevitably occur.  Thank you, Promontory HOMES, I am a very satisfied customer!

Our experience with Promontory HOMES was fantastic. From Kelly Horn, our knowledgeable sales executive, to the build team led by Jeremy and Andrew, everything went smoothly. They built the first Miro and were incredibly accommodating, making necessary tweaks and ensuring everything was perfect. Andrew, in particular, was the best supervisor we’ve ever worked with—responsive, clear, and always on top of things. Even though we built remotely, communication was flawless, with weekly photo updates and a timeline that was met without issue. The ability to customize without resistance was a huge plus. We never felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed. Would we do this again? Absolutely. And we’d recommend Promontory HOMES to anyone!

Our experience with Promontory HOMES was outstanding. Andy, our building supervisor, was the absolute best—by far the most organized and reliable we\’ve ever worked with. This was the first time a project was finished on time with no issues, and the punch list was the smallest we\’ve ever seen. The quality of the finishes was terrific, and the entire process went so smoothly that we kept waiting for something to go wrong, but it never did. Our experience with Promontory HOMES was excellent. Having built many houses before, I can confidently say this was one of the most organized processes I’ve encountered. The website was user-friendly, and Andrew provided excellent updates throughout the project, keeping us informed every step of the way. I also feel confident that the post-closing process will go just as smoothly.

The most valuable part of the process was the flexibility with upgrades. There were three levels of upgrades to choose from, but I wish I had known earlier how flexible we actually were. In the end, we were able to add speakers and other features that made a big difference.

I would definitely build with Promontory HOMES again, and I’ve already recommended them to friends. If anyone has questions about the process, I’m more than happy to speak with them directly.
