From managing $80,000 condos to selling multi-million-dollar properties, BJ Christianson has run the gamut in Park City Real Estate.  He has served investors, second-home buyers, full-time residents, showcase home builders, and major developers.  His passion for real estate and architecture runs deep, while still being obvious on his surface, and his understanding of the two enable him to help prospective custom homeowners to imagine their dream home on a bare piece of land, then help those dreams become a reality.  Whether you are buying or selling an existing property, be it an investment, primary, or secondary home, or you want to build the perfect home from the ground up, BJ has the knowledge and expertise to help you realize your real estate goals.

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, BJ Christianson grew up with a passion for the outdoors, in particular, Utah’s famous ski resorts and State and National Parks.  Introducing people from all over the world to the natural beauties of Utah is his favorite part of the real estate business.  BJ graduated from the University of Utah with bachelor’s degrees in Film and French Language.  Using video to show and highlight real estate is one of BJ’s signature skills, and he loves incorporating it into his marketing.

In 2017, BJ co-founded the Real Estate Solar Coalition of Utah (RESCU), a non-profit that teaches real estate agents, lenders, appraisers, and homeowners how to value the presence of solar panels in a real estate transaction.  His efforts have led to the inclusion of solar search capabilities on some of Utah’s Multiple Listing Services, and greater awareness of the value of solar power.

BJ’s clients appreciate his attention to detail, customer service-oriented approach, sales and negotiating skills, and creative marketing mind.

When not hard at work, you’ll find BJ playing with his son and dog, hiking, skiing, rock climbing, golfing, or putting on a show at the local karaoke club.
