Wednesday Fitness: Barre Sculpt with Jaclyn

A full body sculpt in 40 minutes with limited equipment. This class involves exercises on the floor (mat or carpeted surface needed), standing with use of a chair for balance. It can also be leveled up with the addition of light weights. To save time, all stretching has been eliminated until the very end of the workout.
