Updated Club Waiver
No Waiver = No Reservations

Each Member, their family, and guests must participate AT THEIR OWN RISK. Therefore, we are requiring all participants to sign an updated waiver before participating in Club activities or entering Club amenities.

The Waiver protects the value of the Club for EVERY Member who has a deposit and pays dues to Promontory Club. This is not a new requirement. The Club rules state “the use of any facility will always require Club member, family member and guest execution of Promontory’s current Waiver and Release of Liability, as may be amended from time to time.” We are simply protecting Promontory from any potential risks that would jeopardize the future of the Club’s ability to operate by asking any Member or Guest who wishes to participate in any of the activities at Promontory to hold the Club harmless. These types of waivers are standard protocol for Private Clubs & Ski Resorts.

The deadline for having a signed waiver is August 15th.
Please get this done so we can give you full access to the Club amenities!
