Summer Concert Series with Jake and The Heist

Join us this summer for live music, dancing and a whole lot of fun!
We encourage you to bring your own low chairs (chairs should sit low and not exceed 9 inches from the base of the frame of the chair to the ground) or blankets, as we have a limited amount available. At our Summer Concert Series events, we do allow Members to bring in their own food and drinks. We will have a beer and wine bar available for purchase, in addition to a delicious fajita buffet.

Women's Member/Guest Tournament

Join us for our Women’s Member/Guest tournament
This exciting, competitive, doubles event is a member favorite and is limited to a total of 16 players. This event will fill up, so register quickly to guarantee your spot.
Format: Each team will play a total of 7 rounds of 8 games with a 9 point tie-breaker at 4 games all. At the end of 7 rounds, the team with the most games won will determine our winner.
Includes: A Goodie Bag, Awards, Lunch, Drink & Snacks, and pro exhibition

We have complied our first Book of Tennis! In these pages you will find the entire summer schedule of activities along with tidbits about how to best enjoy tennis and pickleball at Promontory. You can read the Book of Tennis book below.
We have also added a new button to the Promontory App called “Tennis Programs” where you can sign up for camps, clinics, and events. We look forward to seeing you out on the courts!

Pickleball Clinics with Myrna Lueck
Myrna is a certified PPR instructor who has been playing Pickleball since 2015. She crossed over to pickleball from a background of softball and table tennis. She has medaled in several major Pickleball tournaments, including Gold at the Utah Huntsman Senior Games in 2018 and a Bronze at the Nationals in Palm Springs, CA in 2019. Myrna has also served as the Heber Valley USA Pickleball Ambassador since 2016.

Weekday (Monday – Thursday) | $150 half day/$250 full day
Weekend (Friday – Sunday) | $200 half day/$350 full day

Any reservations that have already been confirmed will have the quoted price honored.
Note: With only 2 exclusive use cabanas at The Beach Club, reservations may fill up quickly. Please be respectful and cancel any reservations you are unable to keep well in advance. A $100 cancellation fee will apply to no-shows and any reservations cancelled after 12pm the day prior.

Beach Club & The Hot Spot Cafe
The Beach Club and The Hot Spot Cafe are open 7-days a week throughout the summer for pool and beachside dining. As a reminder, no outside food and beverages or coolers are permitted inside The Beach Club or at The Village Pool.
Hearth & Peak Restaurant Reservation Cancellation Policy
Cancellations need to be made either by using the Promontory App or by emailing reservations.
Cancellations are accepted up to 12:00 pm on the day of the reservation.
Reservations can only be honored up to 15 minutes past the reservation time.
A No-Show fee of $25 per person up to $100 will be applied to your member account if the reservation is not cancelled and no one from your group comes to the restaurant at the time of the reservation.
Dining Reminder for Social Members
As we head into golf season, we wanted to remind our members that the Nicklaus Clubhouse and the Peak are full member only amenities during golf season. Outside of golf season, Social Members may dine in the Peak within a 48 hour reservation window.
