"Save The Arts"

Friday night, July 3rd, please come enjoy an intimate outdoor, ‘Save the Arts’ concert at the Shed Amphitheater from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm. Each of our 5 local arts beneficiaries will provide a 20-minute performance. The social distancing, no-touch protocol will include everyone bringing their own wine, cheese, and eats. We will have the green chairs out, or you can bring your own! The donation for admission to the event is to join the ‘Save the Arts’ fund at $100/mo for 12 months or $1,200 per couple. Your donation will go 100% to the 5 Arts organizations hardest hit by the Covid19 NO concert summer, all of whom will be performing and saying thanks!

Here are more ways you can participate!

We have established a ‘Friends of the Foundation’ group. This would be a $5,000 donation in your name. This group would be thanked at a dinner at the Outfitters Cabin on Friday, July 10 (Please note, new date) hosted by General Manager, Robin Milne. Chef Ben will create a beautiful meal for us that will be enhanced by an intimate performance by Nashville singer/songwriter Cameron Barton. Each ‘Friend of the Foundation’ donor will also be mentioned and thanked at both of the events taking place on July 3rd.

We will be doing our annual helicopter ball drop and selling golf ball chances for $50/ea or 3 for $100. The prize will be a street-legal Promontory Golf Cart useable on our Golf Courses. The helicopter ball drop will take place on Sunday, July 5th during the Grand Opening of the Double Deer ‘Brunch & Bubbly’.

We will bill every Member $100 on your July bill which will go 100% to Promontory Foundation. To opt out, please email Molly Roberts at mroberts@promontoryclub.com

Wildlife Expert Visiting Promontory

Friday, June 26th at 10:00 am
The Shed Amphitheater
All Promontory owners are welcome, reservations are required as space is limited.

The Conservancy has enlisted a wildlife biologist, Scott Root from Salt Lake City to speak to our residents about the diverse animals found across the community.

Scott is a University of Utah graduate in Communications/Public Relations. He has worked with the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources for 30 years and has loved every minute of it! He works out of the Springville office and considers himself a biologist as well, with those 30 years of “on-the-job training” with his friends.

He loves to photograph and video wildlife and specializes in making short trail camera videos in his spare time. Several of his videos have gone viral and has taught over 100,000 students with presentations, field trips, etc. Some of his favorite parts of the job include education, wildlife-watching events, working with the media, bear denning, social media work, and of course, photography and videography.

Now that we are in the yellow phase, Promontory staff are only required to wear masks where social distancing (6ft) cannot be maintained.
