Home Services Hot Tip

As the last bits of snow melt off, now is the perfect time to have your home cooling system inspected and serviced. Those hot summer days will be here before you know it, and this annual tune-up is the best way to ensure that you can spend your time out by the pool or on the golf course, not dealing with repairs that could have been caught early.

Inquire about how signing up for a Home Services plan can eliminate the stress of handling all of your home maintenance needs.

Utah Health Update

On May 4, 2021, the Utah Department of Health issued a letter to Utah legislative leadership indicating the criteria in HB294, Pandemic Emergency Power Amendments, have all been met. The state’s 14-day case rate is less than 191 per 100,000 people (currently 163.4), the 7-day average COVID-19 ICU utilization is less than 15% (currently 11.2%), and more than 1,633,000 prime doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been allocated to the state (1,656,025).

Accordingly, the only remaining State Public Health Order (2021-11) in effect relates to routine testing of participants in high school sports and other extracurricular activities and also requires face coverings be worn in K-12 schools. This order expires on the last day of the 2020-21 school year or June 15, whichever occurs first.

The COVID-19 Transmission Index, which identifies counties of high, moderate, and low disease transmission based on several established metrics will also continue. However, the index will only serve as an advisory tool of the steps individuals and businesses can continue to take to help limit the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.

Throughout the pandemic, Promontory has complied with all state and local mandates and will continue to do so. Until further notice, Promontory staff will continue to wear masks as we evaluate the ever changing state of this pandemic in our local community and give all who desire the opportunity to be vaccinated. We encourage members to be respectful of others, practice healthy living patterns, and continue to help keep our staff and fellow members safe by practicing social distancing and wearing masks in indoor public spaces as well as outdoors when distancing is not possible. We will keep you posted on new developments throughout the Spring and are looking forward to a fantastic summer at Promontory.
