Promontory Foundation’s 2nd Annual Golf Ball Drop
Be the first Member allowed to use their personal golf cart on Promontory Golf Courses!
Our 2nd Annual Golf Ball Drop will be to benefit the Promontory Foundation.
You may purchase numbered golf ball(s) that will be assigned to you randomly. Prior to The Search is Over Concert, a helicopter will drop all of the golf balls onto the Nicklaus Golf Course. Golden Spike 150th Anniversary Movie Screening

Promontory’s Golf Instruction Program

Tom’s extensive teaching background through the years with Augusta National Golf Club, 30+ years in the Carolinas and being a member of the PGA since 1977 will expertly serve our Membership, families, and guests. April is a good month to take a look at the grounds and exterior structure of your home. Winter conditions always affect both natural and structural surfaces to some degree. Each surface is unique in regards to the reaction and durability from the particular element exposure each surface encounters. Winter conditions can be relentless and incredibly destructive. It is important to rectify damage routinely so problems don’t compound seasonally.
Another April checklist suggestion includes getting the heat cable lines shut off, it’s always nice to reduce the electric bill, not having to run power to melt roofs and gutters.

The Pete Dye Clubhouse will close on April 1st
The clubhouse will reopen for summer season May 18th
For the duration of the remodel The Peak will be open Wednesday
through Monday, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and closed on Tuesdays.
Thursday night Member Mixers will be
held at The Shed from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Guest Gate Access
Promontory is going to a new system for gate passes on Monday, April 1st. We’ll now be using Foretees for generating guest passes.
Club Members
If you’ve been using Foretees already, all you need to do is login, go to the home page and scroll down to “Guest & Visitor Pass”.
Owners That Are Not Members
Go to https://members.promontoryclub.com/. Sign in using your legal lot ID (Example: HSD-5) as your username and your last name with the first letter capitalized as your password (Example: Smith). You’ll be able to change your username and password after your first log in. Once you are logged in, you’ll see a menu on the left side. Click on “Gate & Visitor Pass” and create the pass.
