On behalf of our Food & Beverage team, we want to thank all of you for your concerns for our staff’s well being and continued support of our restaurants. We are excited to announce that, our two Executive Chefs, Ben Cadiz, Alex Izatt and their teams have launched a new menu from the Hearth with a blend of signature items from both The Peak & The Hearth Grille. This will allow us to maximize our energies and also make it more convenient to pick up meals from Hearth as well as wines and liquor next door from the Shed!
Our restaurants and staff are continuing to follow the Health Department’s and Promontory’s strict procedures for sanitization and tracking staff’s health for all kitchen operations.

To help prevent seasonal cold and flu spread, promote good hygiene habits in your home:
- Wash hands frequently with hot, soapy water
- Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth
- Sneeze or cough into the crook of your elbow
- Avoid close contact with others, especially in public areas

Boiler Replacement at The Ranch Clubhouse
During the current closure of The Ranch Clubhouse, the boiler will be replaced by April 30th.

Homeowner Dumpster Use
The Conservancy has a roll off dumpster in the parking lot behind the Equestrian Center that can be used by homeowners when curbside pickup cannot handle the an increased volume.
Please use this location and not the dumpster enclosures being utilized by club operations in the clubhouse areas. The club areas cannot handle the additional volume.
