Seasonal Health Tips

To help prevent seasonal cold and flu spread, promote good hygiene habits in your home:

  • Wash hands frequently with hot, soapy water
  • Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth
  • Sneeze or cough into the crook of your elbow
  • Avoid close contact with others, especially in public areas

Fitness Area Code Of Conduct

  • Please be considerate of other members. Horseplay, profanity, disruptive conduct, and indiscreet behavior is not acceptable.
  • Please wipe down machines and equipment beofre & after use. Wipes are provided in all fitness areas.
  • Please do not use the fitness areas when sick.
  • Cell phone use in workout and cardio areas to accept calls is not allowed. Please step into the lobby or outside, for phone calls.
  • To respect the experience of other Members, weights are not to be dropped in weight room, as the spa is directly below.
  • To keep the fitness center clean and organized, Weights and other equipment are to be returned to their proper place upon completion of a work out.
  • Children between 12 and 16 years of age are only permitted to use the fitness facilities with special permission, and must be supervised by an adult. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed use of the fitness areas

Join us at the Equestrian Center to learn all about horses at Promontory’s Equestrian Center’s summer camps!

               

2020 Equestrian Camps:

  • Tuesday, June 16th – Friday, June 19th
  • Tuesday, July 7 – Friday, July 10th
  • Tuesday, August 4th – Friday, August 7th

Camps will be held Tuesday – Friday form 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
$650 per week (Lunch will be provided each day)

               

Camp Activities Include:

  • Daily Riding Lessons (45 Minutes).
  • Each student will be assigned a school horse to take care of for the week.
  • Participation in daily horsemanship lessons to include horse grooming, bathing, clipping, tack cleaning, & more!
  • Equestrian themed crafts and movies.
  • Mounted Games and trail riding (Depending on the rider’s level).

Meet Your NEIGH-bor

Meet JASCO!

Jasco was recently imported from Holland by Maggie Hrdina, and she is loving her new guy. He’s a beautiful, 6 year old, grey gelding and is a barn favorite. He has great jumping genes and Maggie and Jasco are preparing to compete this month at a jumping competition in sunny Thermal, California. Jasco can be seen on the west aisle in stall #5.

The shuttle has begun to pickup and drop off at the Equestrian Center, in addition to the Ranch Clubhouse. To reserve a seat, please contact Concierge as usual.

If using this location, please park in the main parking lot and not in the circle immediately in front of the Equestrian Center.
