The Wire 3/14/2022- Promontory’s Newsletter

The Week Of March 14, 2022

Our weekly newsletter for all things Promontory!

Urgent Action Required

As previously communicated in the Letter from the GM on 2/8/2022 and in each of the subsequent weekly Wire newsletters, we are asking that all members please take a few minutes to upload their profile pictures to their accounts by tomorrow, March 15th, 2022. Please note that once you have uploaded your photos, it may take up to 24 hours to be approved and populate in our system. If you have any privacy concerns about having your family identifiable on the private member roster, please reach out to our Membership Office and they can assist with only allowing photos to be viewed by Promontory staff.

Any membership without profile pictures uploaded for all of the family members you have listed on your vertical membership (including dependents age 4 and up with a membership number) will be temporarily suspended in our system until this easy step is completed. This means you will be unable to access club facilities or charge anything to your member account until this is complete. This includes booking future dining reservations or golf tee times. PLEASE help us avoid this unfortunate, time consuming and possibly frustrating outcome by uploading your profile pictures today. We appreciate your timely support and are happy to assist with this process if needed. This is an easy but very important step in helping all of us maintain the exclusivity and security of our club and to help our staff provide better service to our members.

Detailed step-by-step instructions are below.

Please Note:

  • The ice rink is now closed for the season.
  • The Reserved parking spots from the 2021 Foundation Auction are for the listed Members’ family ONLY. Please be courteous to the member and their family and do not park in the spot, even for a quick trip inside an amenity.
  • Deer Valley has announced their line up for the 2022 Deer Valley Music festival. Please stay tuned for more information on discounted tickets.
