Pete Dye Clubhouse Remodel

We are excited to announce that we are remodeling The Pete Dye Clubhouse in April!

Please note that dates below are subject to change. 

  • The Pete Dye Clubhouse will close on April 1st
  • The clubhouse will reopen for summer season May 18th

For the duration of the remodel, The Peak will be open Wednesday through Monday and closed on Tuesdays.

New Hours at The Hotspot Cafe

We have expanded the use and availability of The Hot Spot Cafe!  We are still offering hot breakfast daily and doing it in a way to reduce costs. Here are the daily changes that you will see at the Hot Spot Café.

Winter
Monday – Friday
6:00 a.m. – 12 Noon

  • We’ll have limited staff available to serve you our new weekday menu.
  • There are 4 hot breakfast items in addition to fruits, yogurts, smoothies, coffee & tea.
  • Both Gluten free and vegetarian options available.

Saturday – Sunday
7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m
.

  • We’ll have a full staff available to serve you our weekend menu.
  • Full hot breakfast menu and specials – along with regular weekly items.
  • Both Gluten free and vegetarian options available.

Daily
After 12 Noon(Weekdays) or 1:00 p.m.(Weekends) – 8:00 p.m.

  • We’ll have the lights on, WIFI buzzing, Doors un-locked, Touch-Screen Calendar, Security Cameras operational.
  • NO STAFF will be there to serve you
  • Members & accompanied guests 18 and older only, please
    • All minors will need to be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.
  • Housekeeping will be in regularly
    • However, we ask that you please clean up after yourselves during these hours
  • Hot beverages out on counter are complimentary for ice skaters and Members.
  • Members are welcome to come in and gather, work on lap tops, or read.

Groomed Trails

Hit the trails this winter season! Here are the trail sections that have been groomed:

  • Single Track for Cross Country skiers at The Nicklaus Club House
  • Three-Mile Trail between the Equestrian Center and Painted Valley Pass
  • Ridge Trail from Painted Valley Pass to the Outfitter’s Cabin
  • The trails to the dog park, from Promontory Ranch Road and the Beach House
  • The trails surrounding The Palisades neighborhood, including a piece that connects to the Beach House From the three-way stop at Promontory Ranch Road and Ranch Club Trail, through the West View neighborhood
  • From the four-way stop at Promontory Ranch Road and Sage Meadow Road, through the Painted Sky neighborhood and up to the amphitheater at the Ranch Club Compound

Promontory’s Headwear Policy

The HEADWEAR policy was relaxed to state: Headwear (of any kind) for men, women and children may be worn anywhere in Promontory except inside The Hearth and The Peak restaurants AFTER 5:00 p.m.

Headwear may be worn during the Member Mixer in the Dye Clubhouse Lobby.

Parking passes are available at the Promontory Concierge for members to reserve for $20 a day!

Parking passes need to be reserved the evening before and can be picked up that same night or before 9:00 a.m. the following day. After 9:00 a.m. the passes become first come first serve

Black Out Dates

Blackout Dates are periods of time that unaccompanied guests, unaccompanied extended family, and guests staying in a rental home in Promontory will have NO Club access. Members and their immediate family have no restrictions during this time.

Holiday Light Guidelines

Owners may display holiday decorations located or visible from outside their Residences, if they are of reasonable size and scope, and do not disturb other Owners and residents by excessive light, sound emission or by causing an unreasonable amount of spectator traffic.

Holiday decorations may be displayed from November 1st to March 1st

Colored or white lights are permitted. The Board recommends that any owner purchasing new white lights please purchase those designated as “warm” and “soft” rather than “cool.”
