Help Spread The Joy - Operation Hope Toy Drive
Operation Hope is an annual program of CCPC. They invite families in need to shop at their “Toy Store” for toys, clothes, books and much more for their children.
“I have volunteered through the Christian Center of Park City, for many years on Operation Hope. I have been on the side of the table when the parents are registering their families for help, as they would not be able to have a Christmas celebration for their children. I have watched the program evolve from picking an angel off the tree – to what it is today – a program where the parents of the children get to “shop” for items that their children not only need, but would love to receive on Christmas morning. Not only toys are needed, but clothing as well. Warm jackets, mittens, hats, socks, pajamas – anything (and everything) you can think of – is needed. Books too! What a wonderful gift for a child, the gift of a story. For many, this is the first book they might have in their home. We could use your help. When you are out shopping for your family, please pick up a couple of extra “items” that you can donate to the drive. We have a pretty short window to receive donations.” – Debbie Hoffmeyer

Accessing Statements & Adding Photo ID To Your ForeTees Account
Early in the summer Promontory Club went green, and we no longer send paper statements. We just wanted to give everyone a reminder of how you are notified that statements are ready, and how to access them.
Notifications arrive monthly to the billing email address we have on file. They come from notifications@promontoryclub.com, please whitelist that email.
Once you’ve received that notification, the Primary Member can view complete statements either through the ForeTees app, or at https://members.promontoryclub.com/
Also, as a measure to ensure that this amazing club retains its exclusivity, for several months we have been requesting that people check in at certain venues like the Ranch Clubhouse, the Beach House, and The Shed. The next step in helping us do that is requiring that all Members add their Photo to the ForeTees app. (If you prefer not to use the app we can add your photo at the Concierge desk to appear in our point of sale. This provides security to deter erroneous charges made to a Members account.)

Held on the day the Earth’s axis rotates farthest from the Sun, the Solstice marks the onset of Winter and the start of a 6-month transition to longer days and shorter nights.
Join Wendy for a morning of invigorating breath work and guided meditation to honor the Longest Night of the Year, and welcome the return of the Sun. Learn to turn inward, to realign, and to set an intention for the New Year as we celebrate the change of seasons as a community.

Due to the popularity of the sleigh rides, we can only host a certain amount and had to set regulations.
Please see the regulations below:
- Each Membership may have one ride which is 10 people total. No more than 10 people are allowed per Membership.
- There will be a $20 change fee if you choose to change the time or day of your reservation.
- If you cancel with 24 hours’ notice, there will be NO cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours there will be a $10 fee per person.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Holiday Dining Policy
- We can only honor the reserved table up to 20 minutes past the reservation time
- A $35 per person cancellation fee is in place for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the reservation time
- We will confirm your reservation via phone 12 hours prior to the reservation
- Due to the high demand during the holiday period, we limit the dining experience to 1.5 hours per seating
- We may not be able to accommodate a last minute increase in party size
- The Hearth will be serving a buffet on Christmas Eve & New Years Eve only

Uploading Your Photo To ForeTees
To upload your photo to the ForeTees – Club Central App, simply open the app and tap the “More” tab in the bottom, right hand side. Once on the “More” tab, tap the “+” next to the round photo in the center of the screen. Here you will be prompted to upload any photo of your choice or take a new photo. Once the photo has been submitted, it may take up to 24 hours for our staff to approve the photo.
If you are unable to upload your photo to the app, please stop by the concierge desk to have your photo taken and uploaded to our system.

- Cancellations need to be made either by using the ForeTees App or by emailing cancellations@promontoryclub.com.
- Cancellations are accepted up to 12 pm on the day of the reservation.
- A No-Show fee of $25 per person up to $100 will be applied to your member account if the reservation is not canceled and no one from your group comes
to the restaurant at the time of the reservation. - We can only honor the reserved table up to 30 minutes past the reservation time.

Blackout Dates are periods of time that unaccompanied guests, unaccompanied extended family, and guests staying in a rental home in Promontory will have NO Club access. Members and their immediate family have no restrictions during this time.
