“Mountain Mediation Center, Inc. (“MMC”) of Park City, Utah is a nonprofit community organization providing mediation and facilitation services. MMC is a safe and non-judgmental environment for people who are experiencing a conflict with family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, or within organizations.”

Celebrate the holidays at Promontory this winter!
Welcome to the Holidays at Promontory! We are excited for another great winter season in Park City and are looking forward to a cheer-filled calendar of wonderful events for you and your loved ones to enjoy. From cooking and craft classes to Santa visits, sleigh rides, mixers, and elegant holiday dinners, we’ve got you covered this holiday season. Kids' Cabin Food Drive
The Kids’ Cabin is hosting a virtual Food & Fund Drive to benefit Utah Food Bank. Donating to the Kids’ Cabin Virtual Food Drive is easy! Click the link below and follow the steps provided.

Operation Hope
Promontory Kids’ Cabin is hosting a toy drive for CCPC’s Operation Hope. If you wish to donate, please bring your gifts to The Shed Clubhouse by Friday, December 7th, or donate directly by following the link below.
Operation Hope is an annual program that the Christian Center of Park City (CCPC) hosts. Every year they invite families to participate in their “toy store” event to shop for toys, clothes, books and much more for their children.

Updated Dining Dress Code
The following dress code is to be observed in the dining rooms. We request collared shirts (regular or banded) with sleeves or a nice sweater/dress turtleneck or mock neck for gentlemen and blouses for women when dining in the Hearth Grill or The Peak. Slacks, shorts, dresses, or skirts of mid-thigh length are considered appropriate dining attire as well as jeans or denim pants. No headwear may be worn in The Peak or The Hearth Grille dining rooms after 5:00 pm. Dress Hats when part of the ensemble will be permitted. Flip flops are not permitted in either dining room. Your comfort is a priority; however, we would like to maintain the elegance of our club dining experience.

Golf Course Winter Preparation
To insure all the different tasks are finished in a timely manner, we close our courses in October. With the unpredictability of mother nature, there is a lot to accomplish in a short time. Ski Season Reminders
Below is some important information so you can begin planning your season on the slopes.
Ski Shuttle:
Pick up/Drop off will be in front of The Shed. Three morning pickups beginning at 8:00 AM and four return drop-offs at Promontory throughout the day. Keep an eye out for the weekly shuttle schedule in The Wire.
Planned Opening Dates:

- Equipment DROP-OFF day is Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 8AM to 5PM
- Opening Day is Friday, November 19, 2021
Alpine Lodge at Deer Valley
- Equipment DROP-OFF day is Friday, December 3, 2021 from 8AM to 5PM
- Opening Day is Saturday, December 4, 2021
Ski Storage & Ski Locker Reservations:
- We will continue to offer some complimentary half lockers and/or cubbies for day use only at both lodges, based on availability.
- Due to limited capacity for both lockers and equipment storage; overnight, weekly or season storage will require a reservation.

The Hearth & The Peak Dining Policy: Christmas Eve & New Years Eve:
In order to best serve our members, the following holiday dining policies are in place, these policies are for the holiday period only. We ask that you review them prior to making a reservation for one of these high demand evenings:
- The Hearth & The Peak will be serving an A La Carte menu with our Chef’s additional Holiday Specials.
- We will offer two seatings this year.
- 1st seating time slots: 5:00 pm, 5:15 pm or 5:30 pm.
- 2nd seating time slots: 7:00 pm, 7:15 pm or 7:30 pm.
- Due to the high demand during the holiday period, we limit the dining experience to 1.5 hours per seating.
- Reservations can only be honored up to 20 minutes past the reservation time.
- A $25 per person cancellation fee (not to exceed $100 per reservation) is in place for reservations canceled less than 48 hours prior to the reservation time.
- We will confirm your reservation via phone 24 hours prior to the reservation.
- We may not be able to accommodate a last-minute increase in party size, so please plan accordingly.
The Shed Breakfast Hours
The Shed is now serving full breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and a limited breakfast menu (Coffee, Pastries & Smoothies) will be served Monday through Friday until December 13th.
