Hike off all of the Thanksgiving food with our Outfitter, Sean Smith. Sean will be leading Promontory’s Turkey Trot! We will begin the hike at the Outfitter’s Cabin and hike on the Princess Diana trail.
Warm up after with Hot Toddies and freshly baked pastries! Dress warm and wear the appropriate footwear

Kids' Cabin Food Drive
For the month of November, the Kids’ Cabin is hosting a Virtual Food Drive through the Utah Food Bank. Donating the Kids’ Cabin Virtual Food Drive is easy! Just click the link below and select the items you would like Utah Food Bank to purchase on your behalf OR select the cash item to allow Utah Food Bank to utilize your donation where it’s most needed. Then check out and follow the steps to enter your payment information. No need to go through your pantry or the hassle of having to visit a store.
Our goal is to raise food and supplies for the 1 in 7 Utah kids that are unsure where their next meal is coming from. With your support, and Utah Food Bank’s purchasing power, we can truly make a difference in the lives of Utahns facing hunger. Due to the popularity of the sleigh rides, we can only host a certain amount and had to set regulations.
Please see the regulations below:
- Each Membership may have one ride which is 10 people total. No more than 10 people are allowed per Membership.
- There will be a $20 change fee if you choose to change the time or day of your reservation.
- If you cancel with 24 hours’ notice, there will be NO cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours there will be a $10 fee per person.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Uploading Your Photo To ForeTees
To upload your photo to the ForeTees – Club Central App, simply open the app and tap the “More” tab in the bottom, right hand side. Once on the “More” tab, tap the “+” next to the round photo in the center of the screen. Here you will be prompted to upload any photo of your choice or take a new photo. Once the photo has been submitted, it may take up to 24 hours for our staff to approve the photo.
If you are unable to upload your photo to the app, please stop by the concierge desk to have your photo taken and uploaded to our system.

Hearth & Peak Restaurant Cancellation policy
- Cancellations need to be made either by using the ForeTees App or by emailing cancellations@promontoryclub.com.
- Cancellations are accepted up to 12 pm on the day of the reservation.
- A No-Show fee of $25 per person up to $100 will be applied to your member account if the reservation is not canceled and no one from your group comes
to the restaurant at the time of the reservation. - We can only honor the reserved table up to 30 minutes past the reservation time.
- We will confirm your reservation via phone 12 hours prior to the reservation.
- We may not be able to accommodate a last-minute increase in party size.
- For any information or inquiries on the evening of your reservation, please contact the restaurants directly.

Blackout Dates are periods of time that unaccompanied guests, unaccompanied extended family, and guests staying in a rental home in Promontory will have NO Club access. Members and their immediate family have no restrictions during this time.
