The Wire 10/13/2022- Promontory’s Newsletter

The Week Of October 13, 2022

Our weekly newsletter for all things Promontory!

Please Note

  • As we begin to cut the road by our Painted Shores neighborhood on Painted Valley Pass, please slow and watch for flaggers managing traffic control. This will be ongoing for the next 10 days.
  • The lower tennis court will close Monday, October 17th to allow crews to prepare the ice-skating rink. The upper courts will remain open as long as weather permits.
  • Friday morning Spin Class at the Village Clubhouse has been canceled for the rest of October. Class will resume in November.
  • When you come to the Concierge desk to pick up an electronic gate tag for your vehicle, please be prepared to provide your vehicle’s license plate number along with your contact information. New tags are only needed when you replace a car, windshield or the old one no longer functions.
  • If you have not yet added your mobile number to your member profile for yourself and your immediate family dependents listed on your memberships, please do so now. This is a quick but important step in helping our staff identify members and allow authorized guests as part of our ongoing gate security enhancements.
