Sundance Shuttle For Promontory Owners & Members

January 25th – January 30th
5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

We’ll have our normal shuttle service running during the day and in addition to our normal hours we’ll be extending the service to 10:00 p.m.

Pick Up at The Ranch Clubhouse at
5:30 p.m., 7:00 p.m., 8:30 p.m.

Park City Theater on Kearns Blvd.

Christmas Tree Removal

Drop-off locations for Park City and Summit County residents include the ‘North 40’ Sports Field off of Kearns Boulevard in Park City, the parking lot opposite the Jeremy Store and Bell’s Sinclair at Silver Summit. Specific drop-off locations will be running January 3rd through January 26th. The Summit County, Three Mile Canyon Landfill will also be accepting trees at any time.

We ask that you please do not leave your tree at the dumpster by Equestrian Center and that you use the removal options listed above.

Join us for an intimate dinner, drinks and a fabulous Symphony performance! Special guest, Maestro Conner Gray Covington will join us at The Outfitter’s Cabin to share his approach to conducting that night’s Park City Winter Concert  featuring Mozart’s Symphony No. 39. After a Chef-prepared three course meal, we will provide a ride to the Symphony at St. Mary’s church in Park City in our sprinter van.

Ski Season Parking Passes For Deer Valley

Parking passes are available at the Promontory Concierge for members to reserve for $20 a day!

Parking passes need to be reserved the evening before and can be picked up that same night or before 9:00 a.m. the following day. After 9:00 a.m. the passes become first come first serve

Black Out Dates

Blackout Dates are periods of time that unaccompanied guests, unaccompanied extended family, and guests staying in a rental home in Promontory will have NO Club access. Members and their immediate family have no restrictions during this time.

Holiday Light Guidelines

Owners may display holiday decorations located or visible from outside their Residences, if they are of reasonable size and scope, and do not disturb other Owners and residents by excessive light, sound emission or by causing an unreasonable amount of spectator traffic.

Holiday decorations may be displayed from November 1st to March 1st

Colored or white lights are permitted. The Board recommends that any owner purchasing new white lights please purchase those designated as “warm” and “soft” rather than “cool.”
