You can join the Sundance eWaitlist.To ensure that all seats in the theater are taken, Sundance created the eWaitlist. 15 minutes before a film, if ticket holders to these films have not arrived, their seats will be given away to those on the eWaitlist. These tickets are $20, cash only at the door.

Holiday Light Guidelines
Owners may display holiday decorations located or visible from outside their Residences, if they are of reasonable size and scope, and do not disturb other Owners and residents by excessive light, sound emission or by causing an unreasonable amount of spectator traffic.
Holiday decorations may be displayed from November 1st to March 1st
Colored or white lights are permitted. The Board recommends that any owner purchasing new white lights please purchase those designated as “warm” and “soft” rather than “cool.”
