2023 Golf Events & Course Opening Dates
We are excited to announce our calendar of 2023 Golf Events!Tournament and event details for each event will be sent well in advance this season. Our Promontory golf & event teams have reviewed the golf survey results from last season’s tournament participants. Together with the golf committees, we are planning some fabulous events you won’t want to miss.

All Promontory golf events will be booked through Golf Genius this year, please be sure you have set up your Golf Genius account. If you do not already have an active Golf Genius account, please email Travis Gilbert at tgilbert@promontoryclub.com for assistance.

Anticipated course opening dates for 2023 (weather permitting) are as follows:

• Pete Dye Canyon Course: Friday, May 12th
• Jack Nicklaus Painted Valley Course: Friday, May 19th
• The Hills Course (TBA, estimated mid-June)

Lodge Use:

• Promontory OWNERS who do not have an active club membership may still ride the Conservancy-operated shuttles(View the Shuttle Schedule Here). However, ski lodge access at either the PC Lodge or the Deer Valley Alpine Lodge is for full and social Members. Owners must activate a membership to use the amenities. Please reach to Membership if you are interested in a membership.
• Day use of the ski lodges is complimentary for our Members.
• Each Member is required to scan in with their QR code (found on the Promontory App) at the kiosk upon entering the lodges. PHOTOS are required to be uploaded in your member profile on the Promontory App or Member Website prior to gaining access to the lodges. If you do not already have the Promontory App loaded on your mobile device, click here for easy to follow instructions.
• Members attempting to allow other persons to fraudulently access any Club amenity by sharing access credentials or via other means will be subject to immediate suspension.
• Members may bring up to 2 accompanied guests to the PC Lodge or the Alpine Lodge at Deer Valley, per membership per day, EXCEPT during BLACKOUT DATES. Blackout dates are February 17 – February 26. Please be respectful of these guest limits so that we can accommodate all our Members who wish to enjoy the lodges.
• Daily guest fees apply. $25 per guest/day. Limit 2 Accompanied Guests per membership, per day.
• Ski and boot retrieval for stored items will be handled exclusively by our lodge staff. For your safety, please do not enter the storage area.

Etiquette & Reminders:

• Please be courteous to your fellow Members and supervise your children at all times.
• No outside food may be consumed in the lodges.
• Due to limited capacity at the lodges, we kindly ask that ski lodge use be reserved for those using the ski slopes that day.

• We are making a change to the way we reserve ski shuttles to help better facilitate the demand and improve the scheduling process.
• We ask that you please continue to email reservations@promontoryclub.com. Reservations for the shuttle to either lodge can be made as early as closing time of the Village Clubhouse (8pm) two days prior to the requested shuttle reservation. For example, if you wish to ride the shuttle on Wednesday, you can email your reservation request after 8pm on Monday night. The reservations team will start responding to emails Tuesday morning when they arrive in the office and do their best to accommodate as many riders as possible.
  • Please include the first & last name of each passenger and contact number when booking.
  • Reservations will be taken in the time order that they were received.
• In order to better accommodate ski shuttle reservations, please be sure to “Reply All” to reservations@promontoryclub.com instead copying one of the concierges.
• Priority for return shuttle service from the lodges to Promontory will be given to those who rode the shuttle to the mountain. Please book your return shuttle directly with the lodge staff immediately upon arrival at the lodge.
