Kevin is a Utah native, residing in Park City for 37 years and has 30 years of resort real estate experience in the Park City market.

Kevin has held positions as area and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing operations for Marriott and Ritz Carlton real estate sales divisions. And has acted locally and nationally as a resort development sales and marketing consultant. Kevin was selected to represent Promontory club for his in-depth expertise and knowledge of the Park City area real estate market and Communities. He is a dedicated rock climbing and winter sports enthusiast and an active volunteer with the Park City Youth Winter Sports Alliance, as well as several other local non-profit originations.

Kevin’s passion for beauty, function, and style makes him an expert at finding and selling exceptional homes and property. Years of negotiation, management, and a fierce loyalty to those he represents has given him an impeccable professional track record.
