Background & Experience
Garrett was first introduced to real estate in 2014 when a close friend encouraged him to get involved in opening an independent brokerage on the Park City Mountain resort. Several city council meetings later, and with a business license in hand, Garrett was quickly recruited to sell development real estate.
Originally from Texas, Garrett moved with his family to Park City at an early age. His familiarity and expertise with its real estate market is rooted in all the activities and outdoor adventures Garrett experienced while growing up in the bustling and internationally-renowned ski town. He has personally bought and sold real estate in Park City and takes pride in his knowledge of the area and what his hometown has to offer new residents. An avid outdoorsman, Garrett loves snowboarding, trail running, rock climbing, camping, wake boarding, and the occasional golf. Charity work is also a priority in Garrett’s life, his father being a role model and inspiration with home-cooked meals delivered to local homeless shelters, and encouraging him to read to students at the local elementary school when he was in high school. Garrett has since participated in larger-scale projects such as flying to rural parts of Kentucky and volunteering his time to the Habitat for Humanity, with a desire for those less fortunate to experience a place of comfort and shelter.
