PROMONTORY CELEBRATES TUBING HILL DEBUT WITH SUMMIT COUNTY’S FIRST RESPONDERS
New Kids’ Cabin Director to Welcome Families for Complimentary Afternoon of Tubing
PARK CITY, UTAH – Promontory, Park City’s most luxurious, private community, is celebrating both the opening of its new Luke Ridge Tubing Hill and Summit County’s first responders on Friday, December 15 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. The magic carpet-served tubing hill features three runs, offering a fantastically fun activity for family members of all ages. It’s located near Promontory’s stunning, coastal-inspired Beach House that opened last summer to rave reviews.
One of Park City’s most philanthropic businesses, the Promontory community wishes to demonstrate its gratitude to local, hard-working first responders by inviting them and their loved ones to kick off the holiday season with a complimentary afternoon of tubing at Luke Ridge, an otherwise private tubing hill for members and their guests.
“Law enforcement and firefighters are some of the hardest workers in Summit County who are asked to sacrifice a good deal of family time with their remarkable commitment to serve the public,” says Robin Milne, Promontory’s General Manager. “We thought creating a unique way for them to enjoy quality time with loved ones would help make their holiday season more special. Our community looks forward to spending time with them!”
December 15 also marks the first day on the job for Britney Vernon, Promontory’s new Kids’ Cabin Director. She will be on hand to welcome residents and guests while familiarizing them with her innovative plans for this capital of fun for the club’s more junior members. Having served in various capacities at Promontory in the past, Britney, a preschool educator, looks forward to developing and leading new programming at the Cabin that is designed to foster an affinity for learning, exploration, creativity, and collaboration…all while having a blast and making new friends. No two days are alike at The Kids’ Cabin, which has a long, treasured tradition of keeping children entertained and engaged in a safe, unique, and cozy environment.
First responders and their families who would like to join for the Luke Ridge Tubing Hill celebration are asked to R.S.V.P. by calling 435.901.2071.
