Park City ranks #1 on Bloomberg’s “Index of Affluent Vacation Home Havens”

Hundreds of Promontory Club members over the past nearly 20 years have discovered the splendor of owning a vacation home in the Park City area. From world-class amenities to amazing year-round recreation and convenient accessibility from any point in the United States, it’s no wonder Park City is such a draw for those who desire a mountain residence. And Promontory elevates this experience with unsurpassed luxury, breathtaking views, and signature amenities that cater to multi-generational families.

Now, Bloomberg has recognized what locals have long known by ranking Park City number 1 in its 2019 Index of Affluent Vacation Home Havens. The chart topper, which the publication refers to as “Summit Park” –  the term for the micropolitan area encompassing Deer Valley, Park City, and Silver Summit – beat out other renowned destinations like Aspen and Vail, CO; Jackson Hole, WY; and Martha’s Vineyard, MA. According to the article, “If you’re actually looking to buy a home and care about convenience as well as luxury, then Utah’s Summit Park region may be the best option.”

Promontory Club continues to remain the top choice for families seeking a mountain retreat in Park City where they can build lasting memories. This winter, Promontory Club introduced the PC Lodge, an expansive ski-in, ski-out amenity at the base of Park City Mountain. It was a tremendous success and well received by members of all ages. It gave Promontory members and their guests a wonderful place to start their ski day and relax between runs during this epic winter. More exciting new Promontory offerings are in the works, so stay tuned at!
