After scouring mountain towns throughout the Rockies for a few decades, the Price family found their perfect place in Park City. Their primary residence is just outside our nation’s capital, in Bethesda, Maryland and they purchased their Wasatch outpost in Promontory in 2014. They fell in love with our winter’s champagne powder, the myriad of outdoor options in the summer, and Park City’s charming historic town with a wonderful community to match.
Joyce and Scott Price met in Maryland when they were just teenagers and have been married for 37 years. They have two children, Alex and Jacquelyn. Joyce and Scott are easily recognizable by their sense of humor, easygoing personalities, industriousness, and generosity. Joyce is a senior partner with the national accounting firm of CohnReznick, where she has worked for over 35 years auditing large real estate funds. Scott has enjoyed a long career in commercial real estate where he currently serves as chairman of the board for two large developers in Washington, as well as a managing director with international real estate consulting firm RCLCO. Scott also holds a professorship at Georgetown University where he teaches graduate students.
30-year-old Alex graduated from Emory University with a bachelor’s degree and earned his master’s from Georgetown. Alex works in commercial real estate in Washington, D.C.
28-year-old Jacquelyn graduated Magna cum laude from Lehigh University and is an audit manager with Ernst & Young in Manhattan. Her friends call her Jac or Jacquie.
The Price family loves their time together in Promontory and looks forward to many more years to come!
