The Thompson family!

Gary and Karen Thompson are trading in the Arizona heat for the four seasons in Utah! They have lived in Chandler, Arizona for over 30 years. Karen is from Burbank, California and Gary is from Albuquerque, New Mexico.  They have two daughters that both went to college in California and stayed there after graduating, one in Brentwood and the other in La Jolla.  Gary owned a Sales Representative company for electronic products in Arizona and New Mexico for 35 years and retired in 2014.

Skiing and relatives who live in Ogden, Utah brought them to Park City more than 30 years ago. They first purchased a second home in 2016 in Soaring Hawk which is just outside of Park City and overlooks the Jordanelle Reservoir. They wanted a second home to escape the summer heat in Arizona and ski during the winter. After traveling here frequently they fell more and more in love with Park City but also wanted more amenities which they found at Promontory. They recently decided to sell their main residence in Arizona and build a Remington model cabin in Promontory.  They enjoy the four seasons, hiking during the summer, and the mountain wildlife.
