Andrea and Brian met in high school in Denver, Colorado and married after college. They have been together 26 years and just celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in February!

They started their married life in San Francisco then lived overseas in Singapore, Tokyo, and London for 15 years.  During most of that time, Promontory was their US anchor and often the meeting place for all of their family and friends when they came back to visit.  They always knew they wanted to get back to Promontory after their time overseas.

Brian graduated from Harvard with an Economics degree. He is currently the CIO of a European real estate investment company. He is an avid mountain biker all year round and goes out on his fat bike in the winter. He’s also on the National Council for the Humane Society of the United States.

Andrea graduated from Arizona State with a Human Nutrition degree. She teaches Pilates at Salt Pilates in Kimball Junction and sits on the Promontory Foundation Board. Her favorite mountain activities are trail running and going on a “safari” in their electric vehicle to see all of the beautiful animals roaming around their nearby ranch property. She has volunteered in animal rescue since she was a kid and worked with rescue groups everywhere she lived abroad. She now volunteers with Nuzzles & Co. Pet Rescue and Adoption, Park City’s amazing local pet rescue.

Brian and Andrea’s kids have fur! They have three dogs, 9-year-old Briard Labrador cross sisters, Kona and Juno, and a sweet little 3-year-old blue nose Pit Bull, Bronco, perfectly named after their home team. He even wears his Broncos jersey for every game! They also have three fabulous felines – Frida, Fonzarelli, and Fisher. The Borg home can get very busy with six furry kids plus many temporary furry family members from Nuzzles and Co. They enjoy fostering for our local pet rescue and especially love fostering the mama cats and their litters and mommy dogs with their pups.

Although they thoroughly enjoyed living abroad and traveling all over the world, Brian and Andrea are grateful to call Promontory home and are so happy to be living the sweet mountain life in our awesome community!
