2021 Book of Golf

Dear Golf Members – Welcome to the 2021 Golf season at Promontory Club! We have high hopes of a “business as usual” season and are planning for that eventuality. We have updated our ‘BOOK of GOLF’ – everything you need to know about the Promontory golf experience. We want you to enjoy golf at Promontory with your fellow Members, friends, and family this coming golf season in the way that works the best for YOU. Our staff are ready and excited for this upcoming season and willing to help you get your golf game where you want it. Chuck O’Nan is already making plans to bring out the ‘green’ as soon as agronomically possible and we will be keeping an eye on the weather early in the season. Doug Roberts will be back as the Director of Instruction and has great clinic and teaching opportunities for everyone. Cole Carlson and AJ Fetsko will be running the day to day on the courses and Dave Helgeson will oversee the communications and smooth running of tournaments and group play. This BOOK of GOLF also seeks to describe the ‘culture’ of golf at Promontory. Whether you are a serious golfer or one who enjoys relaxed, casual play, we want you to be able to “play YOUR way”. Our goal is to provide welcoming, friendly service throughout your golf experience. We are as excited for your day of golf as you are! All of the updated policies, procedures, and tournament dates are listed in the BOOK of GOLF, and I appreciate everyone reading up on the latest so we can all go into our 2021 golf season in alignment. Get ready for the best golf season ever at Promontory. We are ready to host all of our tournaments and events, and provide an amazing expereince for our golfers!
