Kristen Barber

After relocating from New York City to Park City, Kristen began her resort real estate career at Promontory the Ranch Club in 2004 and has specialized exclusively in luxury golf and ski communities ever since. As such, she is an expert on the advantages of the private club experience and in this specific real estate market in Park City.

Kristen has a successful track record representing not only the developer, but also representing client’s resale properties. She spent the last six years with Talisker representing both their ski and golf communities in and around Deer Valley Resort ®. She was their top-producing agent and in 2010 was responsible for over 70% of the developer team sales. She attributes this success to her background in marketing and public relations that focused on the luxury market. Kristen worked for the world’s largest multinational luxury goods conglomerate, as well as boutique marketing firms in New York City, both of which rely on a sophisticated level of service and professionalism in a very competitive marketplace. Kristen developed this strong foundation in the luxury market and client services, and has continued to specialize exclusively in this area for her entire career. Leaving New York City for Park City was as easy decision though, given the stunning natural surroundings, warm sense of community and the very best mountain resort living.

When Kristen isn’t sharing real estate with clients, she’s enjoying family time spent with her two daughters, teaching art as a volunteer at Jeremy Ranch Elementary and being a part of Arts-Kids ™, the Summit County, Utah-based youth development program which helps to build communication, problem solving, and social skills through the arts in our community.

Damon Leake

As a mountain town enthusiast, Damon first came to Park City in 1991 on a family ski vacation and immediately knew this is where he belonged. Now living in Park City with his wife and two young children, Damon was drawn to sell real estate in this fabulous resort town. He truly enjoys sharing this amazing place with others. The breathtaking views, amazing recreation and incredible sense of community make this the perfect place to call home.

Damon is fairly new to Promontory, joining the team in 2012, although he is not new to second home developments. Beth McMahon

New to the Promontory team, Beth has sold high-end real estate in the Park City/Deer Valley area for the past nine years. She was previously a member of the top producing team at another brokerage for the past six years; that team was also ranked ninth nationally for all brokerages in total dollar volume closed. With this background, we are confident that Beth will be able to find a property that you and your family will enjoy for generations.

Beth’s love for the mountains drew her to Park City in the early 1990s, when she would come on family ski vacations. The amazing snow and incredible lifestyle had her hooked. Hailing from the Gulf coast of Alabama, she made the move to Park City in 1997. As a long-time resident, Beth is intimately aware of all Park City has to offer.

In her free time, Beth is usually enjoying the outdoor amenities around Park City. She also volunteers with Friends of Animals and KPCW, and avidly supports Mountain Trails Foundation.

Brian Wilson

Originally from Palo Alto, California, Brian attended Florida State where he was a scholarship swimmer and majored in Business. Brian has been selling property in ski communities his entire career, including Breckenridge, Vail and Telluride. He learned the value of top quality service in the Management Training Program for Disney. He then moved into Real Estate, working for Marriott and IMI Luxury Real Estate, where he earned "Top-Producer" honors. He is thrilled to be associated with Sotheby's International Realty because of its global brand recognition and its reputation for luxury and high level of service.

Brian moved to Park City in 2000, just before the Olympics, to be the first member of Promontory's Sales Team. Since then, he has sold well over $100 million in Promontory real estate, making him the all-time, top-selling Promontory Agent.

Brian met his wife Karin in Park City, and they live in Promontory with their twins, Dash and Summer. Brian enjoys Promontory's award winning Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus golf courses in the summer, and Park City's unmatched champagne powder every winter.
