A Salt Lake City native, Cindy spent most of her adult life in Southern California, Austin, Dallas, before returning to Park City. After graduating from St. Edward’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Cindy attended Southern Methodist University in pursuit of a Master of Counseling and Marriage-Family Therapy degree.
A “Jill of all Trades,” Cindy has sold high-end real estate for over 20 years, has real estate broker’s licenses in Utah, California, and Texas and is a licensed mortgage broker. When Cindy is in California, she uses her EMT-B license to volunteer with the Newport Beach Fire Department’s Emergency Community Response Team (CERT).
Following college graduation, Cindy began her career as an automobile controller in Utah and California. With cars in her blood, she moved to Dallas, Texas, where she and her husband owned and operated a Toyota dealership for eight years. Ultimately though, Cindy was unable to resist the call of the Wasatch mountains, and moved back to Park City before the 2002 Winter Olympics to open Season’s Body Retreat, a Park City day spa located in the heart of Main Street.
After her day spa adventures wound down, Cindy returned to real estate, selling high-end, ski-in-ski-out properties in Park City, and beach properties in Newport Beach and Laguna Beach, California. She has three children, one in medical school, one pursuing a master’s degree in nursing, and a third is a music engineer. In her free time, Cindy enjoys traveling, skiing, walking on Balboa Island, time with family, reading, NBA basketball, and Dallas Cowboy’s football.
Cindy loves Utah, and as “one of our own,” she understands the importance of preserving the natural beauty so essential to the Promontory mountain lifestyle and adores the club’s strong sense of community. Cindy is proud to offer the ultimate in Park City home-ownership opportunities to help families create a lifetime of memories in Promontory’s exquisite mountain setting.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Ken grew what some might call an Air Force brat, moving often and experiencing life through many different cultures around the world and U.S. communities. At the age of 12, Ken caught the architecture bug, designing his own dream homes on the family coffee table. He developed a love of design and beauty, inspired by the ideals of house and home . A music aficionado, Ken attended the Musician's Institute in Hollywood California, returning to his hometown of Fort Walton Beach, Florida and thrived on a 30-year career in music . During that time, Ken built his very own dream home, invested in other real estate properties, then was encouraged by a successful local agent to obtain his own real estate license.
Ken’s sales career taught him to deliver what he promised, believing in making your self available, honesty in your dealings and the Golden Rule. Ken makes himself available seven days a week, 52 weeks a year to help buyers find the property of their dreams. With a highly personalized and low-pressure sales approach, he specializes in upscale second homes, investment homes and the luxury market. Ken’s superb attention to detail have also resulted in client referrals that have become a hallmark.
After his successful career in Florida, Ken invested in luxury projects in the Bahamas, then was drawn to Park City, City, Utah. After vacationing here many times, he was hooked on the magical mountain town and joined Summit Sotheby's. Now a proud member of the Promontory Club professional sales team, Ken is thrilled to be working with such a prestigious and innovative community and to helping others find their perfect Promontory home.
