Giving back through the Promontory Foundation.

Promontory is a community made of people from all over the United States and beyond. We share a love for Park City and all it has to offer. We also share an appreciation for the numerous organizations based in our community who both help create and protect the way of life here.

The mission of the Promontory Foundation.

The Promontory Foundation was established in 2006 to provide a channel for Promontory Owners and Members to engage in directed giving to Park City-area nonprofits. Over the past three years, the Promontory Foundation has collected and distributed more than $190,000 to such worthy local nonprofits as The Park City Performing Arts Foundation, KPCW Public Radio, The Kimball Arts Center, Habitat for Humanity, Egyptian Theater Company and the National Ability Center.

Foundation Advisory Board

In 2009, a Board of Advisors was created to directly involve a core group of philanthropically-minded owner / members in the Foundation’s activities. The current members of the Advisory Board are: Pam Angel, Paula Harrison, Robin Milne, Tina Pidwell, Robyn Dependahl-Rector and Donna Hansen-Stephenson.

We invite all members to provide their feedback about the Foundation and its activities to the Advisory board by emailing foundation@promontoryclub.com.

Become a Friend of the Foundation!

By simply becoming a Friend at any level, you will make a difference in our community and enhance your connection to Park City. In consideration for your donation, the Foundation and the Promontory Club are offering some nice premiums including event tickets and personalized golf lockers.

All Friends of the Foundation will receive:
        •A discount on any future Foundation fundraising events.
        •$50 credit toward equipment rental at Outfitter’s Cabin.
        •All Friends will be acknowledged in an annual plaque in the Ranch Clubhouse.
