Promontory Fitness

Fitness buffs will marvel at the state-of-the-art equipment and class schedule to maintain their peak performance. A passionate training staff incorporates regularly scheduled circuit training, yoga, mat pilates, and spinning classes. There is no cost to use the Fitness Center, however all instructor-led classes (such as yoga, aerobics and pilates) have a minimal fee. You may also wish to explore our wide variety of personal training and fitness options, including Aerobic Exercise Rate, Basal Metabolic Rate for dieting, and VO2 MAX Rate for training at altitude. All fitness training and classes are held in the Fitness Center in the Ranch Clubhouse unless otherwise specified.

Personal Training at Promontory is the best way to ensure your workouts are safe, efficient, and effective. Do you have specific goals or needs? We have a personal trainer prepared to help you! The training staff comes from a variety of backgrounds and specialities, so we are available to assist those of every age, fitness level and medical condition.

Our personal trainers offer unlimited pathways to achieve your goals. By finding your motivation and tapping into it, we will keep you inspired to continue working toward achieving your goals. We will push you, keep the workout fun and offer variety to keep you driving toward success.

Not sure if personal training is right for you? Even the most advanced athletes rely on personal trainers and coaches to help them with their success. It doesn’t matter what your level of fitness or what you are training for, we can keep you focused and motivated.

Spinning Class

Enjoy a 50-60 minute action packed spin class. Start pedaling and let the music take you for a ride along various terrains, speeds, and intensities. This is a great calorie-burning workout. Go at your own pace and enjoy the ride! All fitness levels are welcome.

Special hour-and-a-half high intensity classes available the third Saturday of each month.

Marisa Ball
Fitness Specialist

Marisa Ball is known to many members from her previous role as a guest fitness instructor at the Ranch Clubhouse. She will now be Promontory’s resident Fitness Specialist, responsible for managing our fitness facilities, providing personal training, overseeing third-party trainers and delivering our full array of fitness classes, many of which she will teach herself. Marisa has certifications in Spinning and Cycling, Circuit Training, Bootcamp, Barre and Mat Pilates, among others.
