The Promontory Painted Valley Golf Course, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course has been named the #1 golf course in Utah by Utah Business Magazine, Utah’s only monthly published business magazine.

The Jack Nicklaus Golf course has received many accolades from raters, players and Promontory members since it opened in 2007. A long course measuring 8.098 yards from the championship tees, the course is considered a supreme test of golf. It is enjoyed by the unspoiled natural beauty and the breathtaking vistas make for a an incredible day of golf and scenery. Each hole has 5 sets of trees with a meandering creek that comes into play on 8 of the front 9 holes, while water hazards are on 7 of the 9 of the back holes. The course is in an area known at the painted valley central moraine, located in the center of the Promontory property.
