Ryker Brown, whom we featured a few weeks back has a great philosophy of food. He’s what you might call a fresh food geek.  You may have heard of the trend where chefs are so into fresh, local produce that they practically grow it in all kinds of places.

Ryker doesn’t have to go far to get his artichokes, for instance. Here he talks about how every ingredient that gets on the menu, has a story. Enjoy!

Ryker tells us that he pays a lot of attention to Promontory members’ preferences –their stories — which, in turn, help him create something unique every day!
