Ice Massage – a quick treat for tired muscles!

Have an injury or sore muscles?  Here is a quick treat for your worn-out and tired muscles:

Ice MassageTake a paper cup, fill it up with water and freeze it .  Once frozen, peel pack the paper so an inch of ice is showing, then rub it on the affected area and keep peeling back the paper until the ice is melted.
