Introducing Malibu, the newest addition to the Kids Cabin.
Malibu, named because of her long, beach hair and sassy personality, was an orphan. She has been in the care of a vet for the past while and is part of the Petco Adoption First program. Malibu now has made her home here at Promontory. She will join the bunnies, the frogs and the finches and is looking forward to meeting all the kids.
The fab four frogs have been hibernating this past month, but I have found that as the temperatures rise outdoors, they are becoming more active. Mocha who is a long-eared Rex has become the size of a small cat and Latte; being a mini, Rex has not grown at all. The finches have been laying eggs and continue to sing their songs daily.
It’s all about feathers, fur and a frog or two when joining in activities at the Kids Cabin!
